Optimal results occur when used at least five to seven times per week. When changing a life long behavior, such as sugar addiction or just reducing food consumption to half portions, it is imperative that you listen to the recording consecutively for 21 days. Afterwards, use three to six times per week for several months.
Primary track includes a relaxation portion and should only be used when in a quiet area in which you can sit or lie undisturbed for approximately 20 minutes. Some recordings contain a secondary track which can be played anywhere as "background" while driving, around the house or doing other activities. Many use the "repeat" function on their CD player so the subconscious and sometimes the conscious mind is bombarded with a positive loop recording towards the particular target goal.
